Your First Visit
Your journey with Lightfoot Periodontics will begin when you call our office to schedule your first appointment. You will be asked a series of basic questions for patient registration and to learn a little bit more about the nature of your visit prior to your arrival.
Once you schedule your consultation, we will ask you to fill out new patient forms prior to your first visit in office. These forms will be sent to you or they can be accessed below.
When you arrive and check in with our front desk/office manager, one of our friendly dental assistants will escort you to a private exam room. They will take the time to discuss your goals and any concerns you may have before conducting an initial assessment.
Next, you’ll meet your doctor, who will perform a thorough periodontal evaluation and discuss personalized treatment options tailored to your needs. Our dedicated team is committed to collaborating with you to determine the best approach for your individual care.
